Master-Planned Community Associations are often comprised of several distinct homeowners associations and/or condominium associations. The Master Association sees to the care and maintenance of the common areas such as roads, playgrounds, pool, tennis courts, walking paths, community patrol, trash collections, common landscape maintenance, etc.
