Moving is hard enough, but establishing your utilities can be completely confusing.  We at J Brooks & Associates, Inc. hope this list of quick links to the local utility departments can help make that experience a little easier.  Below is a list of local utility department for electricity, telephone, cable/satellite, water/sewer, and trash collection.  If you have any difficulty setting up new utilities in your community, please contact your property manager immediately.  They will be happy to assist you.
